Rules & Regulations


  1. All vehicles at the time of finalizing the storage contract must be 2010 or newer.
  2. A three (3) month minimum term is required for all spaces.
  3. Should space reassignment be deemed necessary by Owner, Occupant will be given alternative space options. Should Occupant choose not to accept any of the space reassignment options, Occupant must remove vehicle from property as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
  4. Storage of any motor vehicles or items, other than what is listed in your contract is prohibited, and subject to removal without notification.
  5.  Spaces shall be kept clear of trash or other objects. 
  6. Only one item is allowed in your storage space, with the exception of boats on trailers. A boat on a trailer is considered one item; however, we will need both registrations.
  7. Everything stored must be currently registered at all times. We do not accept any certificates of non-operative vehicles.
  8. All motor vehicles must be in running condition, and all trailers must be in towing condition.
  9. Occupants are strictly prohibited from storing or using materials on the premises, which are classified as hazardous or toxic under law, and from engaging in any activity on site, which produces such materials. 
  10.  The rented premises shall not be used for human or animal occupancy. 
  11. Pets shall not be brought on the premises or the surrounding property.
  12. The rented premises shall not be used for any business operation, for manufacturing or production.
  13. Occupants shall not make use of any electricity in the space for refrigeration, heating or any other purpose whatsoever.
  14. Owner or Occupant may terminate the tenancy of Occupant by the giving of fourteen (14) days written notice to the other party. Rent is payable by the Occupant to Owner for the entire (30) day period prior to termination whether or not Occupant vacates the space prior to the end of the period. Occupant agrees to vacate the space on or before 5:00 PM on the last day of the term. In addition, upon nonpayment of rent for fourteen (14) consecutive days, Owner may terminate the lease by sending written notice to the occupant’s last know address, pursuant to a Preliminary Lien Notice, as set forth in California Business and Professions Code Section 21703.
